Interface was founded by Javier Martín-Jiménez, Sören Meschede y Álvaro Molina Martín with the aim of providing an operational structure to its initiatives in the field of cultural management. Since its inception, the organization has evolved organically to consolidate itself as a platform specializing in cultural consulting, fueled by the extensive professional experience of its members and collaborators.
Since 2020, Interfaz has been developing cultural consulting projects in a partial and flexible manner, adapting its activity to the availability of its partners and prioritizing those proposals that are relevant both for their approach and for their transformative potential.
The organization does not have a fixed team, but rather operates through a network of professionals with diverse profiles who are brought in depending on the characteristics of each project. This networked working model allows Interfaz to tackle complex projects with teams tailored to the specific needs of each context.
